Winner receives £1,000 cash prize and their modded PC

Get ready for the next Thermaltake case modding challenge! Taking place from March to June, this is your chance to prove your skills in the world of modding. 5 Contestants will be given a Thermaltake View 51 TG Snow case and selection of hardware from Thermaltake, ASUS, AMD and Seagate, they will then have from the 21st March to the 15th June to plan, build and modify their PCs in any way they choose! Contestants can play it safe and keep their design simple or they can create something truly unique, your imagination is the limit.

Entry applications for the event are open from 14th February to the 27th February, see the application link below for more details. The event kicks off on the 21st March with a launch event here at the Scan Computers showroom. Contestants will be briefed on the challenge and be given their cases and hardware. Everyone is welcome at the launch day so come on down to see this year’s contestants, there will also be a PC speed build, prizes and refreshments on the day.

The winner of the case modding challenge will keep their PC at the end of the event and they’ll also receive £1,000 cash prize, this is your chance to build your dream PC. Voting will be open to the public and the winner will be announced on the 27th June at a finale event day here at Scan.
