WHAT IS GRID 2.0?
The second generation of NVIDIA GRID technology is expanding the capabilities of accelerated virtual desktops. Powered by the world’s most powerful data center GPUs, this latest version supports up to 16 users per GPU, support blade servers, and adds Linux and NVIDIA® CUDA® support for high-end users. The new GRID 2.0 includes the new NVIDIA Maxwell™-based NVIDIA Tesla® M6 and Tesla M60 hardware, along with the new NVIDIA GRID software and support offerings.
NVIDIA TESLA M6/M60 GPU
GRID-enabled NVIDIA Tesla GPUs in certified server platforms run the GRID software. Tesla M60 is the PCIe based board for rack servers. Tesla M6 is the new MXM module for blade servers.

NVIDIA GRID software is available in three editions that deliver accelerated virtual desktops to support the needs of your users. These editions include Virtual PC, Virtual Workstation, and Virtual Workstation Extended. GRID, perpetual licenses are sold by Concurrent User (CCU).
The newly available NVIDIA GRID Support, Updates, and Maintenance Subscriptions (SUMS) provide enterprise class technical support from the experts, along with software updates, maintenance, and upgrades to keep your GRID solution optimized and up to date.
