Find Your CHERRY MX Switch

CHERRY MX switches are available in different characteristics to suit the way you type and play. Rather than relying on complicated model numbers, CHERRY uses an easy to recognise colour system to differentiate between switch characteristics. From smooth and linear switches for fast gaming inputs to tactile and clicky options for more noticeable feedback, customers can choose the switch feel that best suits them.

CHERRY MX Red

A smooth linear switch with a light actuation feel and no tactile bump, making it a popular option for gaming and fast key presses.

CHERRY MX Brown

Provides noticeable tactile feedback without an audible click, giving customers a balance between typing feedback and gaming performance.

CHERRY MX Blue

Provides both noticeable tactile feedback and an audible click for customers who prefer a more pronounced typing experience.

CHERRY MX Black

A smooth linear switch with a heavier feel than MX Red, providing a firmer and more deliberate key press.

CHERRY MX Speed Silver

Designed around fast actuation and responsive inputs, making it particularly suited to gaming where rapid key presses are important.
