Product Overview Don't let the good look fool you. Level 10 GT - Snow Edition is a streamlined computer case engineered to accelerate cooling and offers full suite of technical features that redefines the definition of performance PC.

Three oversized 200mm ColorShift fans and one 140mm TurboFan ensure your high-end graphic cards, CPU and hard drives are all quietly cooled. The keyword is "quietly".

All intake fans come with built-in filter that can be easily cleaned without the use of any type of tools. Plug&Play side panel fan, 240mm high-efficiency water cooling radiator support and much more. Features • Performance cooling made quiet: one top 200mm exhaust fan, one front 200mm intake fan, one side 200mm intake fan and one rear 140mm exhaust fan.
• Hinged side panel to enable easier opening of the side door and access to computer for maintenance or upgrade.
• Dramatically improved cable management. User no longer "hides" the excessive cable on the back, the Level 10 GT features numerous holders designed into the chassis for cable management.
• Five hot-swappable hard drive bays, each with its dedicated backplane to support hot-swap. Hard drive mounting supports both 2.5" or 3.5" drives.
• Connectivity array. Four USB 2.0 ports are conveniently located on the front bezel including a pair of audio ports. Two USB 3.0 ports (Internal 20 Pin Connector) and one eSATA port located on the top.
• Water cooling ready - 120mm or 240mm radiators can be easily attached to the top side of the chassis (top 200m fan needs to be removed)
• Fan speed management control embedded. ColorShift fans can be easily controlled through controls on the top.
• Fully black-powdered interior.

The modern PC is potentially a mass of heat output and heat production hot spots. With CPUs rated at more than 100W of heat output, single graphics boards carrying similar ratings (and people want to run two!), multiple hard drives the norm, lots of memory and mainboards covered in heatpipes to combat toasty core logic and PWM circuits, a PC appreciably warming up a room when it’s working hard is no joke.

Watercooling for the PC has been around for years in some form or another, for at least as long as Scan have been in business, with basic physics defining why you want to use it. That means for air cooling, to cope with increasing temperature in the heatsink you need to move the air across it faster. That is why thermostatically controlled fans in your PC will turn faster the hotter something gets.

ThermalTake Level 10 GT Visionary Full Tower Computer Chassis, Snow Edition, Modular Design, 3x 200mm Fans, USB 3.0 is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the best cases I've worked on. The ThermalTake Level 10 GT Snow Editionis a fugly case but redeems itself with the build quality. I'm getting used to it's look, rather like the not so pretty woman that is great at other stuff. I've enjoyed working on it and it seems reasonably easy to mod. Things are well laid out and a lot of thought has gone in to its design considering the amount of stuff we cram in to our cases. I list below what I would have liked. These are not all cons, just observations. Support in the UK seems to be non existent. If the switches fail or you want more drive trays you won't get them here. The site in the US has everything on, it's just there is no way to get it here without postage, import duty and tax. Things Thermaltake could have done better are: 120mm fan mounting holes at the top of the case or brackets to do so. Mountings pillars/holes for EEB-SSI motherboards. Make the 3.5" bay a 5.25" bay with a 3.5" knockout. Don't use eSATA port, make it an eSATApd combo port. Make 2 D-sub 9 knockouts in the rear of the case for serial ports. Make the blue strips on the case light up with LEDs or fibre optics. Put a memory on the case fan lights so it remembers the last setting. Make the handle easily detachable. Possibly a bit more space on the RH side for cable management.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great case to work with For the most part, this case is really great. It's big enough to easily work through a tidy cabling solution and have a real clean look. The hotswapping drives are super smooth and easy to use. The only downside I've encountered is the perspex panel / side panel of the case, depending on how it's sat (while closed and locked) can rattle something fierce when the machine is on. Normally a quick tap or push will stop it, but for such an expensive case it's a bit annoying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product very quiet in use, a good case for first time builders The Themaltake10gt will not be to everybody's taste, it is large has quirky looks and you will either love it or hate it, but if you want to make a statement and be different, this is the case for you. For all its strange looks it has been well designed, it's 3 x 200mm and 1 x 140mm fans are very quiet and keep the case cool, there is a lot of space for big graphic cards and water cooling radiators etc etc. The five hot swap bays make fitting hard drives and SSD's a breeze, it is also very easy to route cables in a neat and tidy manner and as an added bonus it even comes equipped with "go faster lights!" A great case for first time and professional builders.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the very best I've now built over 10 systems over the years for myself and my family and this case is without doubt one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with, its roomy (you could drop a child in there its that big), very easy to install parts, and the cable management system is very good as well. The build quality is superb, hot swap drive bays, loads of fans and lights, what's not to like and as usual, Scan delivered very fast with back up technical support should I need it. 10/10
