Steven Slate Audio - VSX Horizon One
(Platinum Edition)
A New Standard in Closed-Back MonitoringMeet the next generation of VSX closed-back headphones. Crafted from premium aluminum and stunning figured maple wood, Horizon One features an advanced 50mm dynamic driver engineered for ultra-low distortion, exceptional clarity, and extraordinary detail. Even great studio monitors can be misleading when your room creates huge peaks and dips in the frequency response. You compensate for problems that actually aren’t there, only to discover your mix sounds completely different elsewhere. VSX takes your room out of the equation.

How VSX Improves Your Mixes
MIX IN PRO STUDIOSMix on world-class speakers in professionally designed acoustic environments. All through headphones, without the acoustic problems of your own room.
MIX IN THE CARBuild mixes that ace the car test—without leaving your studio. Check bass response, vocal balance, and high end clarity across multiple revealing car systems.
MIX IN THE CLUBHear your mix in club environments with massive sound systems and room acoustics. When your track hits hard here, you know it will hit hard everywhere.
MIX ON CONSUMER DEVICESCheck your mix on earbuds, a boombox, and a cell phone right from your studio. You'll know it will sound great on the devices your listeners will actually hear it on.
Mixes That Pass The Car Test
4 emulated car sound systemsThe car test is the most revealing way to find out what’s wrong with your mix, and it’s always frustrating to hear how different the mix sounds in the car versus your studio speakers. VSX provides 4 emulated car sound systems. And just like the real thing, they will tell you exactly what needs fixing.
Speakers In A Headphone?
modern techVSX uses a technology called binaural psychoacoustics. It presents the same auditory cues to your ears that they would typically hear in a room with real speakers. Finally, the software is precisely tuned to an Ultra HD pair of beryllium driver headphones.
