Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well, good quality, fast. Much faster than I was expecting, true USB 3.0 speeds. Sturdy. Quite a bright white light along the front.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple design, does the job This is a very simple plastic enclosure for a 2.5" SSD. You are provided with a small strip of stick-on cushion. You slide the top off, stick the cushion inside the enclosure, put your SSD in and put the top back on. The cushion holds it in place, no screws needed. Despite what the Scan description says, the interface is NOT USB-C, it's that odd 2-in-1 micro-USB as shown in the pictures. There is a cable provided which is micro-usb 3 to normal A-type USB. The data transfers are way faster than old USB-2, anything of less than a GB is done in a couple of seconds, obv. dependent on the SSD you fit. Not particularly stylish, it's a plastic box. If you want style, get a Samsung T5.

LN69251 - External Interface of Hard Drive Enclosure

In the Technical Specification you state its External Interface is USB 3,0 but in the description it says USB 3.1. There is quite a big difference so which is it? Also - All your Hard Drive Enclosures for USB 3.1 look to be in the USB 3,0 section - is that an error or what? I have an Asus Z170-K motherboard, is this enclosure and the supplied cable compatible, to transfer at 10gbs/s?
