SilverStone SETA A2 ATX Case

The SilverStone SETA A2 is a versatile mid-tower computer case designed to accommodate a wide range of motherboard sizes, from m-ITX to E-ATX, including SSI-CEB. It features a robust cooling system with support for up to eleven 140mm fan mounts throughout the chassis, offering options for installing a single 420mm radiator on the front, side, and top panels. This configuration provides ample cooling capacity for modern high-end components.

The SETA A2 comes in two color options: a sleek all-black design and a striking white version with a rose gold metal front panel.

Compatible with Rear-Positioned Connector Motherboard Designs

With the recent trend of motherboards with connectors positioned on the rear-side from the likes of ASUS, GIGABYTE, and MSI - the design of SETA A2 incorporates this configuration while also supporting standard connector layout motherboards.

Unparalleled Intake Performance

The front panel boasts a meticulously crafted, fully perforated mesh design, complemented by four pre-installed 140mm black fans (three in the front, one in the rear) - facilitating immense, unobstructed airflow and ensuring optimal cooling performance right out of the box.

Chassis Airflow
Date Issued: 20th Oct 2008

The modern PC is potentially a mass of heat output and heat production hot spots. With CPUs rated at more than 100W of heat output, single graphics boards carrying similar ratings (and people want to run two!), multiple hard drives the norm, lots of memory and mainboards covered in heatpipes to combat toasty core logic and PWM circuits, a PC appreciably warming up a room when it’s working hard is no joke.

Watercooling
Watercooling
Date Issued: 19th Jun 2008

Watercooling for the PC has been around for years in some form or another, for at least as long as Scan have been in business, with basic physics defining why you want to use it. That means for air cooling, to cope with increasing temperature in the heatsink you need to move the air across it faster. That is why thermostatically controlled fans in your PC will turn faster the hotter something gets.
