Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good cheap way of getting modules The faceplates on these have not lined up with any back box or trunking termination that I have seen, however at the price they are this is the best way of getting the RJ45 modules (half the price of my local suppliers). I generally buy these and then cheap faceplates locally and just swap the modules over. For installation the quality on the punch down clips seems good enough, I have installed hundreds of them and not broken a single one.

Gang?

Forgive my ignorance but what is the meaning of "gang" here? I want to connect two printers using wired means to our network, so two sockets are required. That presumably is provided by the two ports on this product. I was expecting to need two cables from the router switch to connect to two sockets, but maybe with this item I can get away with only one, while still using both printers (not necessarily simultaneously). Is that what is meant by single gang?

Hello, In regards to that, a single gang refers to the width of the electronics box. You will need to use 2 ports/cables, one for each printer. Regards
