Good controller if you play on consoles but as Nvidia make graphics cards for pc was surprised to have to use this.
However after digging deeper on forums have now purchased wifi keyboard and mouse so its like playing on mini pc.
I think Nvidia should sell these alongside this controller.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Vonlard Good chunky controler
If you have ever used an xbox controler then you already know how this works. Has a good feel and the only thing lacking is it would be nice to have the voice search button found on the remote control on the gamepad. A small one would fit in great just above the volume buttons and wouldn't get in the way.
The only problem I have had is on one of the gamepads pressing down on the d pad has a squeak that can become annoying quite quickly. I'm not sure if it is the pad that came with the shield or the extra one as I was far too excited to play with my new toy to keep track of which was which.
Would be great value £10 cheaper or when bundled as an extra pad with a new shield.

Rated 2 out of 5 by JohnNG Top quality controller, feels better than a PS4's
When I first held this controller it immediately came across that it was extremely well made, and a top quality product. It also works flawlessly , and some great extra features. Firstly it is great that the controller is rechargeable , same as the PS4 controller. It also has a headphone socket and micro USB for charging. Some little extras are the volume control on the bottom, out of the way so you don't accidentally adjust the volume whilst playing. One other great feature is the built in microphone for voice commands, for Google searches, etc. There is only one thing I would change about the controller and that is how the lights on the controller don't go off when using the controller as a remote for when viewing the vast array of streamed content available. I feel if NVidia had made it so the lights go off after the controller not being touched for a while, it would make it hold It's charge a lot longer for when it is being used as a remote. Something similar to what the "Ouya" Box's controller does to extend battery life when being used as a remote. In all a top quality product, just one minor thing which I personally would have implemented, if I was the designer , developer.
