With a heterogeneous architecture combining a Volta GPU, integrated Tensor Cores, dual NVDLA accelerators, and an 8-core Carmel Arm CPU, it’s built to power autonomous machines and demanding edge AI applications where performance, size, and energy efficiency are critical.
High-Bandwidth Memory and Sensor Processing
Developers can leverage 64GB of high-bandwidth LPDDR4x memory and 32GB of onboard eMMC storage to handle complex, multi-stream AI pipelines, processing data in parallel from high-resolution sensors. Advanced camera input options include up to 6 simultaneous sensors (36 via virtual channels) with support for both MIPI CSI-2 and SLVS-EC interfaces, enabling vision-driven robotics, inspection systems, and intelligent video analytics.
Flexible I/O and Multimedia Performance
The module also supports rich I/O when paired with a carrier board, offering PCIe Gen4, Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.1, multiple display outputs, and industrial interfaces like CAN, SPI, UART, and GPIO. Video capabilities include encoding up to 4K60 or 16x 1080p60 and decoding up to 8K30 or 52x 1080p30, making it suitable for real-time AI video processing at the edge.

Designed for deployment in fields like robotics, smart cities, manufacturing, logistics, agriculture, and healthcare, the Jetson AGX Xavier 64GB is supported by the NVIDIA JetPack SDK, with CUDA, cuDNN, TensorRT, multimedia, and vision libraries included.
