It's been a good start to the year for PC enthusiasts. Intel has unleashed the deca-core Core i7-6950X and Nvidia has served up a suitable partner in the form of the high-end GeForce GTX 1080. Handy, if you happen to have thousands of pounds to pour into your next PC, but for everyone else a more mainstream solution is needed to sate our appetites.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic card for the price Very good card for the price you pay, it was not as good as it was hyped up to be but even with AMDs drivers which are not yet optimised it performs fantastically

Questions & Answers

Driving a 2560x1600 DVI dual link monitor

I use a specialist Eizo CG303W screen that had only DVI inputs and am considering a good Open GL card for Adobe Photoshop. Is it likely that there will be some reliable adaptor that connects to an RX480 that would drive the screen ok? Thanks
Asked by: movinglight
Probably too late to answer your question but anyway. All you need is a DisplayPort to DVI Active Adapter Converter Cable. They are quite common, here is the scan version
