ISO Acoustics - 'ISO 130' - Isolation Stands

perfect for small speakers and studio monitorsThe 'ISO' range of stands is the latest evolution of IsoAcoustics monitor stands, designed and engineered for the specific purpose of ensuring your monitors perform optimally. The ISO stands are an updated version of the vastly popular ‘ISO-L8R’ series and feature a lower profile, brand-new frame design and the latest version of their ‘Isolator’ technology for a marked improvement in performance. The ISO-130 isolation stands are the smallest stands in the ISO stands range.
The ISO-130 is able to offer upto 14 variations in height and tilt, it’s also able to aid you in finding the optimum placement for your monitors and bring your tweeters to ear level. The IsoAcoustics patented isolation system brings superior isolation and decoupling from the monitors supporting surface. The stands are also biased to keep all energy in alignment with the listening position, resulting in greater clarity and superior focus.
Fine Tune your Sound

Find the setup which suits you the best
One of the most critical factors when designing speaker stands, is the ability to fine-tune the height and tilt angle of the supported speaker enclosure to optimise it’s position relative to the listener and to eliminate soundwave reflections from the supporting surface.
With a typical DAW setup, the listener tends to be positioned between 3 and 4 feet from the monitors, with ear level around 20” abovethe work surface. The ISO-130 Isolation stands allow you to raise and tilt the stands to find the optimum position which suits you the best.
Patented 'Isolator' Technology

Reduced internal reflections
Internal reflections are vibrations reflecting back up towards the speakers housing which causes an affliction called ‘smear’. Smear is caused by artifacts replicated in both channels which are then perceived to be in the middle, which in turn causes the stereo image to collapse.
The IsoAcoustics isolators reduce internal reflections to eliminate this issue known as ‘smear’. The end result is a marked improvement on the stereo image of natural spatial sound.
