New processors usually grab all the release limelight, relegating the supporting core logic and memory to mere footnotes. This time, a brand-new chipset and DDR4 memory are equal partners in the platform.

The RAM should just down clock by itself if not you can change the frequency in the BIOS.
I would advise to stick with the 2133Mhz variant (if there are some) in which you should save some money and any instability issues you could come across.
It would all depend on what you were using the system for, faster memory would mean better performance in most cases however.
My advice is stick to the maximum memory it states which is DDR4 - 2133Mhz.
If you do decide to go for then you will more than likely have to manually tweak the settings in the BIOS for the RAM speed to overclock efficiently however just be careful as it could cause a lot of instability issues if not done properly
