Industry’s Fastest Non-Bootable PCIe Gen3 NVMe RAID Controllers
HighPoint manufactures the industry’s fastest PCIe Gen3 NVMe RAID storage controllers. A single, compact 4-Port M.2 RAID controller is no larger than your average GPU, yet can host up to 32TB of storage capacity while delivering speeds over 12,000MB/s!
SSD7000 series controllers are fully independent NVMe RAID storage solutions. Unlike the vast majority of NVMe controllers available for mainstream PCIe 3.0 host platforms, SSD7000 series controllers are not restricted to a particular chipset or motherboard series, and require no bifurcation support. HighPoint PCIe Gen3 NVMe RAID controllers employ intelligent PCIe switch architecture to ensure each M.2 port has dedicated PCIe host bandwidth to deliver maximum transfer throughput.
Advanced NVMe RAID Technology
The SSD7100 Series can be used to configure RAID arrays or single NVMe SSD configurations for Windows and Linux systems. Optional UEFI downloads and complete installation guides are available for each supported platform.
Comprehensive OS and Platform Support
SSD7000 series controllers are easily installed into any PC-based desktop, workstation or server platform with a free PCIe 3.0 x16 or x8 slot. Device drivers are readily available for all major operating system platforms including Windows 11 and 10, Server 2022, and mainstream Linux distributions such as RHEL, Debian and Proxmox.
Cross-Sync RAID Technology
Extreme applications can opt for a dual-card Cross-Sync RAID configuration. HighPoint’s proprietary Cross-Sync RAID technology enables administrators to link two or more SSD7000 series NVMe RAID controllers to function as a single massive storage solution. A pair of SSD7104F controllers can deliver up to 28,000MB/s of transfer performance while doubling available storage capacity.
Comprehensive Monitoring & Management Suite
The WebGUI is a simple, intuitive graphical user interface designed to work with all modern Web Browsers. It is equipped with Wizard-like quick configuration menus as well as a suite of advanced tools for expert administrators.
The CLI (Command Line Interface) is ideal for seasoned administrators or platforms that do not utilise graphical operating systems.
The WebGUI’s SHI Feature (Storage Health Inspector) allows administrators to instantly check the operating status of NVMe SSDs in real-time, such as temperature, voltage and TBW (Total Bytes Written). TBW tracking in particular, is essential for maintaining the long-term health of NVMe storage configurations. NVMe media have finite write capability; once the TBW threshold has been reached, the NVMe SSD should be replaced to avoid the risk of a write failure.
Event & Error Logging with Email Notification: Each interface includes automated event logging with configurable Email Event Notification.
Intelligent 1-Click Self-Diagnostic Solution: HighPoint’s Web-based graphical management suite (WebGUI) now includes a host of automated diagnostic tools designed to streamline the troubleshooting process, even for novice administrators. Customers no longer have to manually assemble a collection of screenshots, logs and status reports when submitting support inquiries. 1-click enables the interface to gather all necessary hardware, software and storage configuration data and compile it into a single file, which can be transmitted directly to our FAE Team via our Online Support Portal.
