Rated 5 out of 5 by DeathSeth Great value, excellent quality for system builders.
Recently bought this motherboard to replace an AM3+ board as I recently bought a new i5 processor. Would strongly recommend this product to any customer looking to build a new system or upgrade. The bios has a very modern look too!

A good introduction to the Z97 chipset. Paired with G3528 CPU and it is performing very well.
Into bios and set performance to +20% and let system do what it needs to run, rock solid at 4.3GHz.
Bios has plenty of options for manual overclocking but with this simple option I decided not to bother with time consuming process - at least for now:)

There is plenty of room on this board for most things like crossfire (dual graphics). Also with 4 ddr3 slots and 3 system fan connections makes this a good all round board even if it is a little pricier than AMD boards.

Bought this board worked well for a while then faults started appearing. Lost its raid config, couldn't load windows, then once powered off with cord removed would go to bios defaults, even with new battery. A shame because I can't give it an honest rating because it really didn't give me a chance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by arcturus125 Great for budget builds.
I'm going to start by saying that the actual motherboard looks different as it does in the pictures (Instead of a bright yellow it is a dull gold colour).
The motherboard supports USB 3.0 and is slightly shorter that most ATX motherboards. (a regular sized ATX motherboard uses 8-9 screws to hold down the PCB but this motherboard only uses 6). Which means that it is slightly easier to install.
When you open up the box you should have:
- The Motherboard
- 2 Serial ATA Data cables (one of which has right angles connectors)
- a manual/ users guide
- a disk with drivers and other software (this is completely optional - I didn't use the disk because I didn't want loads of unwanted software)
- and some other useless pieces of paper

Rated 5 out of 5 by Keyser Awesome motherboard, amazing value at this price.
Compatible with older Haswell CPU's, Devil's Canyon and upcoming 14nm Broadwell chips. Very inexpensive motherboard. Nice design, and Gigabyte support (Frequent bios updates) plus great customer support if needed.
Great value for money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by WonkoTheSane Does the job, but could be better.
It looks a lot better in person than it does in the pictures, less cheap. That said, it does flex quite a bit under pressure and there are a few little niggles such as the HD Audio socket which didn't work very well with the plug from my case.
The Bios won't allow me to OC my Pentium G3258, despite flashing to a new version which features this capability.
All that said, it has 6xSata 6gbps ports which is great at this price point. all the I/O is intelligently placed (except the fan headers) and it runs without issue.
Overall, I wish it could do more but my complaints are either small or manageable with an update.
Definitely worth the money.
Scan were brilliant with delivery, never been so pleased with a delivery service.

Great board if you are starting out or need something that isnt going to break the bank, it doesnt have the functionality of costly boards, but it doesnt matter in a basic fast system. I built a family member a machine with this board and an i5 4440 with an SSD, its fast quiet and stable, which is perfect because it means i spend less time sorting out problems!
For the price, you really cant argue.
