Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for shorter individuals I was struggling to find a chair with 4D armrest features. This lets me adjust my armrests inwards and angle it in a way that makes me most comfortable. I do wish the lower back rest pillow was fixed with band so it didn't fall down when I got up. I dropped the quality a point due to the seat cushion already showing signs of indentation but at this price point I believe this is the best money can buy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable & Stylish I purchased this mainly because of the fabric material & subdued charcoal colour. Most office chairs either have poor ergonomics for long usage or look like they belong in a cubicle rather than a home. Most gaming chairs come in stupid garish colours that look so out of place outside of a teenager with bad taste's bedroom, and have leather finishes that have you sweating after 5 mins. This was the only chair I could find that had decent lumbar support, ergonomics and height on top of a more stylish aesthetic. I'm happy to report it meets expectation quality wise. It's comfortable spending the entire day (literally) in the chair when working / gaming long hours and the aches I was getting working from home in my old chair have completely disappeared. The foam has just the right amount of resistance and it was extremely comfortable from day 1. The fabric has a great soft texture to it. I could probably fall asleep in the chair if I wanted to. I even sometimes use the neck pillow I honestly thought I'd throw in the bin, and the lumbar cushion is great, stays where you leave it and gives good support. My only criticism is that the arms - whilst being comfortable and highly adjustable just feel a little wobbly in the rotational axis. Pretty minor criticism overall that doesn't really bother me so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Really solid value overall. For reference I am an averagely built 6ft 3 and 34inch waist guy and the curvature and max height of the chair fits me like it was designed around my exact shape. If you're a larger build with bigger than a 38-40inch waist or hard earned gym thighs I'd make sure to try before you buy as the curvature might start to restrict your hips & thighs uncomfortably.
