The G3 is a fully featured HTPC enclosure with a depth of 351 mm. It is approximately the size of a typical receiver and fits perfectly into any hi-fi environment. The front has a mirrored acrylic surface and a big volume knob that gives the case a particularly refined appearance. Two USB3.0, Two USB2.0 and the audio ports can be found at the front along with the power button which is also built into the front of the chassis. There is a special optical display, which says "Home Theatre PC by Jonsbo". This is not programmable but can be turned off if not required.
• Elegant looking HTPC chassis • Excellent value for money • Utilises standard PC components • Supplied with one 120mm fan
The case is manufactured using 0.8mm SECC steel that provides high level of stability. A strut that connects the front of the chassis to the back improves the stability even further. This makes it possible to (carefully!) install more hi-fi units on top of the G3 without risking damage to the top cover.
The interior space of the G3 is completely black. Despite its compact dimensions, an ATX motherboard and ATX power supply can be installed. It is therefore perfectly suited to be used as a base for a living room system with full-size graphic cards and high-performance components which are all compatible. It even features seven PCI expansion slots which are located at the rear of the case. Features

Great productReally nice case - looks good, plenty of room inside for my games machine which I have in my living room connected to my big TV & stereo.
The only thing is that I would really like the screen to be programable! If I unplug it, then I tend to forget the computer is on and I am not keen on the branding, but other than that, great!

Nice case but/and bigNice looking case, a bit bigger than what I thought but my graphic card (GTX 680) would have not fit in otherwise.

Decent enough case but pooly layed outThe way the internals in this are layed out means that if you have CPU cooler any higher than an inch or so you cannot install an optical drive.
Also I had to disasemble the frame in order to fit in the hard drive.
Just rearranging the frame in a tiny way would have allowed the drives to fit in easily. I cannot understand why they didnt do this, i suspect they didnt product test thier case.
Cable managment is, for lack of a better term, impossible.
At saying that, what did i expect for £50? It does work (shy of an optical drive) and havent had too much issue with cooling.

Great for any living room.It is excellent case for very reasonable price.
Highly recommend to anyone who wants their PC in a living room.
Be ware that case will not fit AiO water cooler or non reference cards or GPUs that need power from the top.
I've tried to fit MSI 980TI Gaming (non reference). You can force it in, but radiators and GPU power cable won't allow the lid to close.

Nice HTPC ChassisI was looking for a fairly attractive HTPC chassis that is within a reasonable amount of money. This chassis serves it's purpose more than comfortably with sufficient airflow. If you want to include a DVD drive or BluRay drive then you wont be able to accommodate a 120mm Water cooler like the Corsair H60/H70. I don't have a optical drive and managed to fit the cooler in there. Otherwise, nice build and keeps the parts cool.

Great case for such a modest price!I decided on this case because it could accommodate a full size ATX motherboard, yet has similar dimensions to other cases that are only able to house a Micro ATX board. This is achieved by simply turning the PSU on its side!
The appearance and build quality of the case are far better than expected for the price - rivalling (IMO), some of the premium brands.
I've installed two hard discs and an optical 5.25" drive (although this limits the height of the cpu cooler somewhat). However, the Thermalright AXP-200 cooler fits nicely and provides good performance, along with another two 120mm fans fitted into the other two vacant bays.
I even managed to overclock my i5 3570k to 4.2GHz with temperatures staying below 70c.
All in all, a well designed, good looking case without the silly price tag of some of the top brands!

Great box, pretty tooLooks good sitting on top of a receiver.
Two minor things I'd like to improve:
1) Would be nice to be able to change the LED display
2) It's very deep! I'm having to cut the back out of the cupboard. Hopefully in the future, with SSD being standard, we'll get cases that don't have so much space in front of the motherboard.
Do the measurements include the volume knob, or does this stick out from the 351mm depth?
I have a space in my AV cupboard that is a tight fit for this but 351mm would be fine. If the volume knob is not included in this measurement then it will not fit.
Asked by: LandoPrezzer
You will need at least 365mm, that not including connectors and cable bend radius. 351mm is without a knob, just chasis. Knob protrudes extra + as mentioned, connectors and cables should be accounted for.

Can I fit an ASUS Dual GTX 1060 6GB in this?
Really like this case and thinking about buying it but worried I won't be able to plug the power for the VGA as it is on the top.
Asked by: JANCO
This should not have any issue fitting a standard size GPU.

compatable remote control
can you recommend a remote control for this unit. please. I purchased the G3 from you this week and love it. The receiver should be built in and not a dongle please. OS in XBMCbuntu
l'm also after the internal adapator for the usb 3 connector

I would recommend this unit Streacom Flirc SE Universal Remote IR Receiver (LN62704). It's not designed for this case, but you should be able to put it in place with double sided tape next to LED screen.
I haven't seen any USB 3 that would fit front of this case. for a price, I did not expected USB3.0 at the front. If you into DIY you can always put USB3.0 extension lead instead of front header and secure it in place with some hot glue.
