WiFi 8 Meets the Best Mesh
ASUS ZenWiFi BN12 Meet ASUS ZenWiFi BN12, the world's first WiFi 8 mesh system. The ZenWiFi BN12 combines next-generation innovations, intelligent AiMesh networking, and comprehensive security to deliver faster, smarter, and more reliable whole-home connectivity for every connected device.
Sustained Speed at Mid-to-Long Range
Balanced Device-to-Router Connectivity
Multi-AP Coexistence in Densely-Populated Environments
Enhanced Multi-User Capacity
As your device moves away from a router, signals typically fade and speeds drop—especially where walls, upper floors, patios, or garages are involved. WiFi 8 reduces sudden slowdowns at mid-to-long range and improves the throughput falloff rate, keeping connections more stable across the whole home.
Most IoT devices transmit at lower power than routers, which can result in weak return signals and frequent disconnections. WiFi 8 strengthens two-way communication so that low-power devices can maintain stable links.
In modern homes and apartments, signals from multiple routers can interfere with each other. WiFi 8 introduces smarter spectrum coordination and interference mitigation, which keeps speeds stable even in densely-populated environments.
WiFi 8 enhances spectrum efficiency and dynamic scheduling, helping to ensure that every megahertz of bandwidth is used effectively, which improves both overall throughput and latency.
WiFi 8 Powered Smart AiMesh
AIMESH TECHNOLOGY The ZenWiFi BN12 combines WiFi 8 innovations with ASUS Smart AiMesh technology to deliver wider coverage, faster backhaul, and more reliable whole-home connectivity. Expand your network with seamless roaming, and enjoy consistent performance in every corner of your home.
WiFi 8 Smart Mesh Backhaul WiFi 8 enhances Smart AiMesh with Multi-Link Operation and coordinated wireless technologies, creating a faster and more reliable mesh backhaul for stable whole-home performance.
10G Wired Backhaul Dual 10G Ethernet ports provide ultra-fast wired backhaul between mesh nodes for maximum bandwidth and multi-gigabit internet support.
Intelligent Traffic Optimisation Smart AiMesh automatically optimises wireless backhaul and network resources based on real-time conditions so that every connection can be smooth and responsive.
More Than Whole Home WiFi AiMesh does more than extend coverage. It offers centralized management, advanced security, Smart Home Master features, and effortless network expansion with compatible ASUS routers.
