The next generation of high-performance tour-grade digital mixing desksBuilding on the success of the Qu-5, Qu-6 and Qu-7, the Allen & Heath Qu-3 brings the power of next-generation digital mixing to a compact desktop format. Designed for broadcast studios, recording facilities, conference spaces and professional AV installations, it combines advanced processing with intuitive hands-on control in a footprint that fits comfortably into space-conscious setups.
Both the Qu-3 and Qu-3D feature 32 input channels, 96kHz digital processing and six Multi-FX engines with dedicated stereo returns, delivering plenty of flexibility for demanding production environments. At their core is Allen & Heath's powerful XCVI processing engine, bringing DEEP Processing compatibility to the Qu range for the first time. This opens the door to professional processing tools developed for the flagship dLive platform, adding even more scope for shaping and refining your mix.
For installations requiring networked audio, the Qu-3D takes things further with an integrated 16x16 Dante interface operating at 48 or 96kHz. An optional 32x32 channel upgrade is also available for more demanding applications, making it easier to integrate the mixer into larger AoIP systems and distributed audio setups.
Getting a mix up and running is equally straightforward. Borrowing intelligent assistance features from Allen & Heath's CQ series, the Qu mixers include Feedback Assistant and Gain Assistant to help speed up setup, manage gain levels and tackle feedback during soundchecks. Combined with the familiar Qu workflow, these tools make it easier to achieve a reliable starting point without sacrificing the hands-on control experienced engineers expect.

Faster SetupsAdjusting the gain for each channel might not be the most thrilling task, and it can take up a lot of your setup time when you have multiple channels to manage. Qu’s Gain Assistant streamlines this process by quickly and precisely setting the ideal gain level for one or more input channels, and can continuously monitor levels during the performance to avoid any unwanted peaks or surprises.
Updated WorkflowQu’s easy-to-use Feedback Assistant automatically identifies and removes problem frequencies, applying up to 16 filters per output to help control feedback before it becomes an issue. This gives you confidence when mixing live, allowing you to focus on the performance, shape your sound and deliver a clear, consistent mix, without worrying about unwanted feedback disrupting your live show.
