Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cheap and useful but could be better This bracket is made of very heavy steel plate, and the Scan picture does not show that it comes with a blank PCI X1 locator that attaches by screws. Therein lies the problem. If you have a micro-ATX motherboard, the only place you can use it is occupying your only PCIX1 slot. If you try to use it in the extra case slots off the edge of the motherboard, it's not really stable enough. I'm sure it could have been made with a right-angle bracket with a slot in it that could be used to stabilize it via one of the unused ATX case motherboard stand-off pillars. How about it, Akasa?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very sturdy mounting system for your SSD Great little mount, really well made, only gripe I have is it's kind of a pain to screw the drive in as the screws have to have washers on them and getting them in between the drive and the mount is a total pain. But once your drives are mounted it is a rock solid mount and will be buying these again in the future as these beat them cheap plastic mounts that most cases use, and it lets you show off your ssd's if you have a side window on your case

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice and solid This is a heavy duty way to neatly mount a pair of drives. However, installation is a little fiddly (lining up multiple screw holes, washers and adapter plates) and the retention clip on my x16 slot fouled the drive (I decided to snap it off).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Akasa PCI Slot Mounting bracket for 2x2.5" SSD/HDD looking good but it took a bit to fix when it came with the bits to fix the two types of slots.. When fitted and then you need short sata cables. Good for the server or many drives in your PC with lots of space.
