Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the job. What more can you ask. Nicely boxed and well protected. The supplied PSU runs stone cold so is well suited to the unit. If I had any criticism, it would be that my old switch hung from under my desk, mounted using supplied brackets. An optional accessory to mount the switch under a desk or on a vertical surface would be icing on the cake. I have to be careful that hanging network cables don't drag the switch off the shelf as they are cut to suit my old 24 port 10MHz switch. Great unit. highly recommended...

It is a neat little box which is pretty unobtrusive, looks better than the usual blue metal switches Netgear make. It has an on/off switch on one side which means it doesn't need to be on all the time, yes nice little box and would recommend

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An excellent network switch Superb little switch. When I say little I mean it's smaller than I imagined it would be, very neat looking device. I get full wire speed (1Gb/s) between the computers I have wired into this switch. Also, and this detail is missing from the description, it supports jumbo frames. I have now enabled jumbo frames on the 3 devices connected to this switch, all is working well (they all have Intel Gigabit PRO 1000CT PCI-e NICs).
