Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 16 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Graphics Card Very pleased with the usual great service from Scan, good price, fast delivery, great comms at every stage. This card is pretty straightforward to fit, even with the radiator / fan assembly. I did have to swap out another fan on my H100i CPU Radiator from a 25mm to a 12mm, to make room in the case, but no great drama. Once in its very quiet, I have it as this GPU is recommended to drive the Oculus Rift... Which is on pre order... Only time I've managed to push it so far is some 360 Video, 6 x 4k video streams combined into a realtime preview, flawless performance and framerate. Similar with rendering performance, massive improvement on 2 x GTX670s in SLI. 27 April 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Does'nt dissapoint overal if you dont mind the noise The fan preinstalled on the radiator runs at full speed and makes a lot of noise. I changed the fan to a silent one and connected it to the motherboard where i can change the speed. Problem solved i thought. Now theres the buzzing of the pump which can be heard even though i have a silent case. The card runs any game i open at really high specs with no problem but if noise is a big factor in your decision to buy this then choose one with a fan cooler instead. At least when in idle you wont get the pump noise. 09 March 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Brilliant! You should get one! This card is really the best for its money! I haven't yet found a game that can max out its 6gb of ram and no game has dropped below 60fps at max (or very high) settings @1080p. The water cooling on this card is pretty good too as it is very quiet and I haven't yet see my card o beyond 48 degrees centigrade, this also allows te card to turbo boost 100% of the time even with its over clocked bios settings. I normally get a clock speed of around 1390 MHz however I sometimes over clock this abit to get a round 1450 MHz (and I'm very much an amateur over clocker) In conclusion this is a great card! The only issues I ran into were mistakes on my behalf. Scan were a very good dealer too as I received my card two days later at the cheapes price I could finds on the market! - Love it 27 January 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by What a card!! I have had this for a few months now and not once have I gone above 50c, this includes many hour sessions of maxed out GTA5 and other games. The pump can make a slight noise that I can only hear at night but it is barely noticeable for me No complaints at all 31 December 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very loud but plays everything at Ultra on a 4K setup. I hooked this up to an Acer 4K monitor and it now idles at 30C and reaches up to 60C when playing Dota 2. It sounds like a plane going off. I thought these cards were supposed to be quiet even on a 4K rig. I read that they should not go over 55C. Anyone else having this issue? The ASIC score is also on the low side 64%. 26 December 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Cool Running Card at 100% Load with no Custom Water Cooling Hassle ! It has been a couple of years now since I dived into the PC Gaming World. I have used different cards from Full Air cooling, Full custom water loop cooling, AiO Liquid cooling and now Hybrid Cooling. I have got to say this card is really good specially with the Hybrid Cooling. Last Time I had a watercooled card with an EK full cover water block, at 1400MHz OC and at 100% Load. My EK Full Cover block cooled the GPU of mine and the temperatures won't go over 44-45 Degrees Celsius even at full load which is impressive. And even better when the whole system is silent the whole time. But with this Hybrid its even better. What was interesting is the fact that this 980 Ti Hybrid OC'd by me ran in temperatures not exceeding 46-47 degrees celsius at all. For an AiO cooled GPU + air cooled with only 1 x 120mm Radiator. To get this type of performance is really good. Without a shadow of a doubt I would pick this type of cooling over Custom cooling loop unless if you want bragging rights and aesthetics which the custom water cooling loop achieves. But if you want a system that is silent, runs really cool even at 100% load and a decent Aesthetics (they look nice even for a Hybrid cooling). This is your card. So far I think I assembled 3 custom loops with custom components and did 2 maintenance. Trust me the hassle to assemble it or re-fill it or clean the custom loops can become annoying. Eventually it will come to a point where you cannot be bothered to even maintain your custom loop! Mainly for me it became a hassle because it started to clash with my gaming sessions, daily work or social stuff. I have 2 of these cards and they are good!. To make it short: Advantages: ->Runs silent at low fan settings ->Runs really cool almost as cool as using custom EK full cover blocks ->Looks nice in my opinion inside a windowed case ->Very nice product presentation and packaging ->GPU is fast! as a Ti Card :D ->No headache and hassle as you only need to install it and play and no need to do maintenance every 6 months unlike custom water cooling loops ->Plug and play ->can play any good games and optimized games ->if you buy this card its best to play it with a 1440P monitor its Music to your EYES! :) Disadvantages: ->Pricey? yes definitely, but if you can get even just one of these is good enough. And I think its worth it. ->Whether if its OC nicely or not is still random and its again silicon lottery. If your lucky you can get one that will OC to 1500MHz and hytbrid cooling is good enough to cool it ->Although NVidia card is high Quality. The Asetek pump is not that good of a quality. IF your unlucky you will get a card that have a bad Asetek Pump. But you can always RMA it and get a replacement ASAP which is good. Thats the downside, Asetek pump is not one of the best out there. Laing DDC or D5 are the best. Conclusion: I have bought 2 of these and so far I am happy. And I don't have to worry about maintenance as you don't need to! You only have to clean the dust off your PC every few months. But hey thats compulsory to keep (her) your computer happy :) 19 November 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by It is Fast! And Heavy but at least quiet. It works. It is powerful. Water-cooling makes it quiet-er! 'nough said. A bit plain looking so if you are into Neon lights and coloured liquid cooling etc, you will be disappointed. 08 November 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Cool card Great card at temps max at around 45 to 52 in most games 1 star lost for the pump buzz BUT this is common with these cards 06 November 2015

Then length of the pipes seem to be about 40cm each. So it should be sufficient for mounting in most of the full tower cases available today. Source: http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=400-HY-0996-B1

From what I can read and understand the card is being constantly delayed. Really disappointed hence the question. Has Scan.co.uk actually shipped any shipments of this card? Or should I expect it to arrive in another 3 months?

Answer:
Yes scan has shipped some of these cards - the supply problems are down to EVGA they just cannot keep up with the demand (just look at the pitiful AMD offering and you see why!). I had 2 on order as yet only got 1 But its worth the wait, EVGA forums are battered with requests for more information on ETA's they just cannot make them quick enough.

Size of radiator and fan

Hi, am looking at fitting in two of these in the top of my Corsair 600t cases, there's a gap between the edge of the Mobo/RAM sticks and need to know the measurements of the radiator + fan to see whether these will fit.

Kind Regards

Joe

Answer:
EVGA just cant cope with the high demand of the GPU, but they are surely coming out, just at a slow pace i guess, SCAN still has some back ordered orders so is normal a delay on future orders, i waited almost 2 months for my GPU, but is well worth the wait. just gotta be patient.
