TL-SF1005D Fast Ethernet Switch provides 5 10/100Mbps Auto-Negotiation RJ45 ports. Procedures in Detail

Step 1: Contact us through our Technical Support Line 0845 147 0017 (UK) or 0818 229 000 (Ireland), a representative will help you with remote troubleshooting. If the product is judged to be defective, the representative will provide you with a unique RMA number. Customer contact and product info will be requested during this process.

Step 2: An email explaining the RMA process will be sent from TP-LINK UK.

Step 3: Send defective product, purchase receipt along with RMA number to TP-LINK.

Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping fee in Step 3.

Step 4) Once the defective product is received, TP-LINK UK Limited will send back a replacement and inform customer of the tracking number. The warranty starts from the purchase date of your original unit and lasts for 2+1 years on SOHO products regardless of how many replacements are made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PB66 from Nice unit For the price this is excellent, using it to increase the number of connections from a tp link power line set, it works beautifully and taken all my home entertainment units of wi fi. It’s all very stable now with very little lag or stalling.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Romulus from Good for casuals. Exactly what you get for spending a small amount for a lan switch. My use is to act as an extension into my room from where the router is placed as i use all the internet in the house only. Does quite fairy at a lan party where playing lan games and all playing online like cs go or BF4 does very well. Low ping ect. The only (expected) disappointment is that when transferring large amount of data through one pc to another lets say through windows teamgroup, the recipients transferring and receiving data cant play games without incredibly high 400+ ping. That's probably the pc's fault though.. Overall a nice cheap entry level lan switch for the casuals.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Grilk from does what it says in the box No problems, it just works, plug it in and away it goes. I used it on the end of a long cable to extend broad band router. Same product on ebay, but more expensive, I would deffinatly recommend.
