AMD GIGABYTE G1 GAMING - Radeon RX 470 GPU
GIGABYTE RX 470 G1 Gaming Graphics Card
Crafted for perfection this Radeon RX 470 comes as part of GIGABYTE’s G1 GAMING series graphic cards. Built in the pursuit of the ultimate graphic experience and aimed toward gaming enthusiasts this RX 470 comes ready to dominate your games. It boasts great speeds and comes armoured with GIGABYTE’s enhanced cooling system, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable process even on those long gaming sessions!
WINDFORCE GPU COOLING SYSTEM
Advanced RX 470 Cooling
The WINDFORCE 2X cooling system is the outcome of both clever and efficient design. Built into the G1 GAMING RX 470 graphics card, it features 3 pure copper composite heat-pipes, heat-pipe direct touch GPU, 90mm unique blade fan design, 3D active fan with LED indicators, stylish metal back plate, together delivering an effective heat dissipation capacity for a higher performing GIGABYTE Radeon RX 470 at lower temperatures.

INTELLIGENT GRAPHICS CARD FANS
GIGABYTE 470 Unique Fan Blades
The RX 470 airflow is spilt by it’s triangle fan edge, which is then guided smoothly through the 3D stripe curve on the fan surface, effectively enhancing the GIGABYTE GAMING X 470 airflow by 23% over traditional fans.
DIRECT TOUCH GPU COOLING
Heat Pipes Help With Cooling the GPU
The G1 GAMING 470 features Direct Touch technology. This tech as seen above utilizes heat pipes made of pure copper and are shaped to maximize the direct contact area to the RX 470's GPU so they can carry generated heat away from your GPU. This keeps your gaming and media going for longer and displaying as smooth as can be.
RX 470 GPU COPPER PIPES
Composite Heat-Pipes Embedded 470
Through a combination of thermal conductivity and phase transition the Gaming Radeon RX 470 efficiently manages the transfer of heat between two solid interfaces - which increases 29% of cooling capacity.
USEFUL AND STYLISH GPU LED
Added Style of the RX 470 Card
When it comes to the LEDs featured on the G1 GAMING they are there for both style and convenience. Firstly, the GIGABYTE logo will simply make your graphics card and PC case (through ambient lighting) look that bit more suave and will follow whatever animation/colour instructions you have set it. Also, the ‘Fan Stop’ LED will provide the G1 GAMING 470's fan status at a glance by responding differently when the power supply is altered.

GIGABYTE METAL BACKPLATE
Protecting 470 GPUs in Style
Enjoy stylish design on both the top and bottom of the GIGABYTE G1 GAMING 470. This graphics card features a stylish metal backplate; coloured black it offers rigidity and protection of the structure whilst adding a sleek, clean look to the card.
SMART 470 GPU POWER LED
LED Indicator for RX 470 Power
The G1 GAMING 470 graphics card is equipped with an LED just above your 8-pin slot to indicate voltage stability issues. When the PCI-E voltage is unstable you’ll have no trouble discovering it as the LED will light up. When the LED is on the power is disconnected, when it is off the power is stable and if it is flashing then the 470 is experiencing an abnormal power supple.
GIGABYTE GPU XTREME ENGINE
Complete Control of 470 and Features
Features on the RX 470 GIGABYTE’s Xtreme Engine allows you to adjust clock speeds, voltage, fan performance, RGB lighting effect and power target. The OSD setting can be monitored and tuned in real-time according to your own preference through this intuitive interface.

2016 has been chock-full of new graphics cards based on cutting-edge architectures that have given PC gamers plenty to be excited about. Both AMD and Nvidia have whet our appetites with cards such as the RX 480, GTX 1060, GTX 1070, GTX 1080 and Titan X, yet with manufacturer suggested retail prices starting at $199 and soaring to well beyond $1,000, there arguably hasn't been a GPU with genuine mainstream attraction.
