Emily Fairclough – Head of Pro Video & Pro Graphics

“Working globally across business development projects in France, Australia and the UK within tourism, advertisement and media, I was delighted to come on board to drive the Pro Video team 7 years ago, and most recently the Pro Graphics team at Scan. Working at the cutting edge of tech within the creative sectors has combined two passions and this is reflected across the team of specialists I work with. When I’m not working with my amazing Scan teams, I’m an Illustrator and Graphic Designer, and love getting my teeth stuck into re-brands and portraiture.”

Tracy Streatfield – Head of Vendor and Purchasing

“My career started out in a music retail store, where I spent many years working my way up within various roles.

After having my two children closely together with some time out, I then took on a new profession for 8 years, working in sales and administration, building on key relations in the AV industry. It was during this time that I realised my interest in photography and filmmaking kit, and shortly afterwards, I embarked on a new and exciting journey with the Scan Pro Video team.

I have been the Pro Video Purchaser for 4 years, and I now also manage vendor relationships for our business unit. I love working within this growing team, where we are going from strength to strength.

Away from Scan, I am a bit of a rock chick with a passion for Formula 1, and a nerdy collection of Funko Pops!”

Guy Sharrock – Purchasing Assistant

“I have been with Scan Pro Video for a little over a year as the Purchasing Assistant and I have enjoyed every moment of it. To be a part of a team that are at the forefront of cutting-edge technology brings a lot of excitement for me personally, and I couldn't imagine a better place to work.

Before Pro Video, I worked on both Technical Customer Services and Supplier Returns. From this I gained a lot of supplier knowledge and it has helped generate good relationships with the suppliers I work with every day.

What sparked my interest within Pro Video was working with various photographers and videographers on photoshoots and working as a model for a few clothing brands. From there my interest for this industry has only grown and led me to working for this incredible part of Scan.”

Rebecca Fairclough – Marketing Specialist

“In 2019, I received my BA (Hons) Filmmaking degree at the Northern Film School. I then worked within the film industry for a couple of years before turning my sights to creative, digital marketing within the Media & Entertainment sector.

I now work as Pro Video’s Marketing Specialist, and work closely alongside Tracy in Vendor Relationship Management, to create exciting, captivating and relevant campaigns for our partners."

Adam Hill – Head of Web Content

“I’m a photographer with a focused eye for motorsport and street photography with a penchant for random facts and Dad jokes. I graduated from the University of Cumbria in 2018, and I’m now the Head of Web Content here at Scan Pro Video, creating and managing high-quality product content for the site.”

Nathan Clarke – Web Content Creator

“I recently joined Pro Video as a Web Content Creator and I'm thrilled to be part of a team that's at the forefront of new and exciting technology.

Before joining Pro Video, I worked as an assistant manager in Scan's customer service department, which gave me a deep understanding of how the industry works. I'm also passionate about gaming and have previously studied game design.

When I'm not working, I love creating 3D illustrations and designs to further progress my skills and explore new technologies and innovations.”

Tomasz Sypryt – Technical Content Creator & Business Development Manager

“My background is in Film, Broadcast Technology and Post Production.
After more than 7 years of a career in finance at a major UK bank, I decided to follow my dreams and hone my skills as a photographer and videographer, and decided to pursue a full-time career in filmmaking, starting with obtaining a degree in Film Production.

After freelancing as a camera operator and camera assistant, I secured a role at Blackmagic Design as part of the Technical Support team, and quickly progressed to the Technical Sales department for EMEA region; educating channel partners, consulting business clients, and working with industry partners around camera technologies, codecs, professional colour workflows and live production.

I joined the Scan Pro Video team as Technical Content and Business Development Manager, and I’m now applying my knowledge of Post Production and live production, to help grow the business. In my spare time, I am currently diving deep into learning Unreal Engine.”

Duncan McKendrick – Technical Product Manager

“I have been involved in the film & television industry for over 20 years. During this time, I've worked freelance as a cameraman, editor, sound recordist, & producer on various television productions, live music concerts & festivals and several prime-time BBC documentaries & productions.

My previous roles include Hire Manager & Head of Drama & Commercials for two well-known Broadcast & cine equipment hire rental companies based in Manchester.

This involved technical consulting & advising on all manner of digital cinema camera, lighting & grip equipment. In September 2022 I joined the Pro Video department of Scan as a Technical Product Manager.”

Toby Townsend – Drone Specialist

“I am the founder of Buzz Drones that was established in 2016, following several years of hobby-filming my off-road ventures.

Over the years, my business has operated across the world and in nearly every industry that there is. The work conducted by the business also links into my Army Reserve commitments whereby they are looking at the use of drones for tactical purposes and to create all of their social media content.

In 2016 we initially engaged with Scan to be their drone pilot for events/content creation, and more recently I have been brought on board in a more full-time roll to assist in content creation, advise on all drone related matters, and help drive the drone sector within the business.

I am immensely proud and humbled to be a part of the team, and really can't wait to see where the future goes!”

Louise Gore – Content Creator

“I graduated from the University of Salford with a 2:1 in BA (Hons) TV and Radio Production, during which time I worked at the BBC and ITV as a production runner.

I then turned my creative eye to marketing and started in a Marketing Assistant role where I oversaw the company’s website, blog posts, socials etc. This led me to Scan Pro Video to continue in content creation for all social channels and Pro Video website landing pages.

I look forward to furthering my career here and becoming an integral part of continuing Pro Video’s growth!”
