How do I claim my promotion?

Free Games:

There are two ways that we deliver free game codes, which varies from promotion to promotion, depending on how the codes are supplied to us.

Email

Shortly after your order has dispatched, or your order is ready to collect. You will receive an email containing the key for your game and download instructions. If you do not receive this then it maybe that for this promotion the game codes are physically included with your item and you will need to wait until you have your order.

With Your Order

Your game code will come printed on a card, this will come packaged with your parcel or inside the box of your product. The card will contain instructions how to claim your free game.

If you order has arrived and you do not have your game code

1. Please check your email to make sure that the game code has not gone to your spam folder.
2. Please check the packaging carefully for the included game code.
3. Log a query with our customer services team who will be happy to look into this for you

Physical Items

All free promtional items should be included with the rest of your order when delivered, but note these will be on a 'while stock lasts' basis so please check with us if you have any queries.
