How long does the returns process take?

Our returns department aim to dispatch your replacement item within 3-5 working days of receiving your goods, however this is dependent on fluctuating volumes and stock availability.

For products covered under our 48hr replacement policy we aim to turn this around in 2 working days from the time the product arrives at Scan.
