What is 48hr Replacement

We have developed our 48hr replacement policy with our key partners to give you the best returns experience.

For all products that bear the "48hr replacement" mark you are covered in the unlikely event of a problem. We will dispatch a replacement to you within 2 working days of receiving the product back at Scan. No lengthy waits whilst the product goes back to the manufacturer for diagnosis and repair.
