There's an item missing from my order

All orders are shipped from Scan in full, however could be split over mulitple boxes this should be confirmed via your delivery message from Scan and DPD, please check all contents including bubble wrap or additional packaging and report to Scan within 48 hours on the link below so we can investigate fully.

Scan like to recycle, as such your goods could be received in reused boxing/packaging please open and ensure dispatch note for confirmation.
