All Scan 3XS NAS systems are covered by our Premium Warranty, which includes access to our technical support team 7 days a week. If you do encounter a problem with your system our technical support team is available from 9am to 10pm Mon - Fri, 10am to 6pm on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays. Should your NAS suffer a drive failure within the warranty period of the hard drive, we will replace this prior to you returning the faulty drive to us. This will ensure your NAS is back up and running in the quickest possible time.
We know how precious your data is. Having built many thousands of bespoke systems her at Scan over the years, we recognise the importance of the data generated by and stored on your system and infrastructure. Now our Professional Services division can assist in those instances when an incident occurs where data is lost.
|Data Recovery Costs - Hard Drives|
|Deleted Data Recovery||Accidental / malicious deletion of data where normal deletion process has occurred, which includes the use of file wiping software. The price for data recovery is only chargeable if recovery is successful.||Cost - £300 per drive|
|Damaged Data Recovery||Where standard data recovery is not possible and in cases where there may be corruption or there is physical damage to the hard drive. The price plus the cost of donor hard drive is only chargeable if the recovery is successful.||Cost - £520 per drive|
