Ten or more GPUs in a single chassis? No problem. Tiered flash storage offering NVMe SSD, SATA SSD and HDD in a single system? Easy. A server accelerated by multiple GPU and DPU add-in cards? At 3XS we recognise that purchasing high performance server hardware is a significant outlay and that you want to be sure you make the right decision, so with that in mind we operate a secure proof-of-concept (PoC) environment. Hosted in a secure datacentre, our PoC infrastructure allows you to test systems with your own data alongside storage, connectivity and software solutions to enable you to see how things will work and what improvements could be made. Our expert team will also guide you through the process so you get the most out of it too

The 3XS Experience
When you buy from 3XS you're not just buying a premium server but a premium experience. Once we have processed your order you can use our website to track and trace the status of your 3XS system as it is built and tested by our engineers. You can see check out how fast your system is, as we push it through a rigorous set of performance and stability benchmarks. We’ll also send you regular updates via email on the status of your build including photos at every stage.
Most importantly, we pride ourselves on having your bespoke system built, tested and delivered within 5 working days, twice as fast as most of our competitors. For those special circumstances, we offer a priority build service, where for a small fee we guarantee to build, test and dispatch your new 3XS system within just 3 working days. Your order will be expedited but the system will still undergo the same strenuous quality control procedure.
Intensively Tested
Building a server may only take a few hours, but installing all the software and ensuring that everything is configured properly and that the system runs correctly and is stable, takes up a huge amount of time. By ordering a 3XS system our engineers take this painful process away, as all our systems undergo a strenuous quality control procedure which includes updating any Windows Server or Linux software, installing the latest drivers and motherboard BIOS. All systems then receive an additional 24-hour burn-in test to ensure rock-solid stability.
Premium packaging
Nothing is more frustrating than awaiting delivery of your order only to find it was damaged in transit. That’s why once your 3XS server has passed our rigorous quality control procedure, any space inside the case will be filled with anti-static bubble wrap. This has been specially developed for 3XS to protect your system when it is with our courier, and should be removed before turning on the system for the first time. We also double box all systems, with the inner box cushioned inside the larger outer box by a layer of shock-absorbing plastic air pockets.
When you receive your 3XS system, it will include a welcome pack which covers detailed setup instructions and all the installed software, cables, paperwork and accessories that accompany your system. We also preinstall a Windows application on your system that has shortcuts to some helpful diagnostic tools and our contact details.
The 3XS Support application can be found running in the system tray in the bottom right corner of the task bar with a ‘3XS’ icon – simply right click on the icon to open the menu then left click on the option you want. All systems also ship with a USB recovery stick which includes a backup of the operating system. Simply insert the recovery stick and follow the instructions on screen and the recovery stick will refresh your system back to factory defaults, should you suffer any software instability or crashes. Alternatively, through our professional services team, your system can be delivered, racked and configured for you, if required.
