Q-Collect

Our revolutionary Q-Collect service has enabled us to offer a much more efficient service for customers who visit our shop in Bolton. In order to expedite the buying process on our counter sales service, you can now order online in the usual way then, stock permitting, collect your order within hours. We also have Q-Collect Pods installed in our shop area too so if you don't need the assistance of our sales staff you can process your own order and it will automatically be picked and ready within minutes. We have a dedicated team of pickers & packers for all Q-Collect orders to make the whole process even faster.

5 Step Process

Follow the simple steps below to take advantage our Q-Collect Service.

1. Place your order

2. Select Q-collect at Checkout

3. Await Email Confirmation
(Email 3 of 3)

4. Visit store with ID
(credit card used to purchase goods & proof of address)

5. Sign and collect your order

As it's difficult to anticipate volumes, the average turnaround time for a Q collect order can range from a few minutes to a few hours, but we will always aim to turnaround same day. Please be assured we will process your order with the utmost urgency and we'll email as soon as it's ready. We have dedicated members of our Customer Service team to proactively monitor these orders throughout the day and contact any customers who's orders may be delayed due to stock issues.
