Rated 4 out of 5 by Morgen Very good cooler however some QA problems.
Was able to cool a QX9650 at 1.6 volts and hold about 70c at full load. The fans that come with it are pretty good at pushing air but at max speed sounds a bit like a jumbo jet flying over your house. The pump however is very silent.
Installation was fairly simple, although the radiator is very large and if you don't have a large case you will have problems.
It did come with some corrosion on the top of the waterblock that did ruin the aesthetics and my pump failed after a month but bad units happen and I haven't heard of anyone else having bad units. One of the fans that came with the unit started rattling after about a week. The 3 star quality rating is for the corrosion on the water block as I'm not sure how any half decent QA team would let such a thing pass.
So in short the cooler performs very well however Silverstone could use some more thorough quality assurance.
