Excellent. Cannot fault this beast! Unlocked at only a few quid more than the Locked i5 is a steal! I have yet to OC my i5, but at the moment, I don't see any reason to!

None at all, except remember to buy a decent performance after-market cooler if you plan to overclock, the ones Intel ship with their CPU's just aren't quite up to the job from what I've heard.
