This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and expanding company. We’re looking for experienced, motivated and driven team players to work in the Scan Pro Graphics division. The focus will be to sell a wide range Pro Graphics products and solutions to existing clients as well as generating new business.
You will be primarily responsible for the management of relationships with clients. As the senior point of contact for customers you also co-ordinate the resources needed to service projects, builds strategic operational plans and balance the expectations of clients. This is an office-based role, but open to review hybrid working requirements.
General
Hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 with 1 hour for lunch
Location
Scan Computers International Ltd, Enterprise Park, Middlebrook, Horwich, Bolton, BL6 6PE. Also some remote working when required.
Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy Development:
- Drive sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Driving business growth and sales pipeline
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Work to KPIs set by sales director and business unit manager
- Work to sales target set by sale director
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team, business unit and key vendors to support with sales focus and messaging.
- Work with our workstation build team to review customer specifications and project requirements
- Provide feedback and insights to improve product and solutions offerings
Market Research and Analysis:
- Inputting into market research to identify trends, opportunities and potential clients
- Stay ahead of industry news, development competitor strategies
Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, sales pipeline, client interactions and market trends
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for sales director and business unit manager
Skills and Experience;
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales or account management within the professional graphics industry
- Confident knowledge of professional graphics products, services, and technologies.
- Understanding of workstation technology, specifications and software.
- Good existing network within the AEC sector is desirable
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to help develop and execute business plans
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
