This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and expanding company. We’re looking for a motivated and driven team player to work in the AI Business Unit, supporting Key Account Management and Clients. This provides a perfect opening and introduction to End to End solutions, and in the future the successful candidate may identify a transition into Account Management.
General
Hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 with 1 hour for lunch
Location
Scan Computers International Ltd, Enterprise Park, Middlebrook, Horwich, Bolton, BL6 6PE. Also some remote working when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Business Unit
- Manage technical quotes in a professional format
- Liaise with Solutions Architects for the best 3xs solution
- Process sales orders for Key Accounts
- Collating key suspect and prospect data using our systems and databases
- Identify and contact new opportunities from internal data provided
- Increase product knowledge through personal research and ongoing internal training
- Manage internal and external leads liaising with Account Managers as needed
- Escalating customer support queries and utilise the Enterprise Support process while liaising with the team
- Ensure Scan events are promoted and aid with the promotion to prospective clients
- Interaction with the BU and Sales channels
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of Scan’s and services
- Ad hoc support tasks requested by the Management Team
- Registration and management of new projects using ‘deal reg’ with vendors
- Representing Scan in a professional manner at all times
- Liaising with internal systems integrations team to troubleshoot Workstation and Server specifications and provide alternatives to customers as needed
Skills and Experience;
- Confident & professional telephone manner
- Proactive, energetic and solution focused with an interest in the IT and Technology Industry
- MS Office knowledge
- Must be comfortable interacting and engaging with high value customers.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Business acumen with a problem solving attitude
- High quality and professional communication skills • High levels of effort, commitment and drive • Ability to work well alone and as part of a team
