Vintage - VE300SB - Electro Acoustic Guitar - *B Stock*
PERFECT FOR BEGINNERS OR EXPERIENCED PLAYERS ALIKE
This magnificent Vintage VE300SB Electro-Acoustic offers a wonderfully smooth playing experience and is perfectly suited to those who enjoy playing country licks, folk inspired fingerpicking styles, right through to strumming big open chords. Vintage have rightfully earned a reputation for building fantastic guitars at price tags which belies just how good they are, and the VE300SB is a shining example of this.
THE VE300 series offer unmatched quality and value for an electro-acoustic in this price bracket, for these reasons alone it’s little wonder the VE300 strolled to victory in being awarded 'Guitar Magazine’s ‘Best Acoustic Guitar Under £1000’ in November 2003.
Please note: This item is B-Grade. Packaging may be damaged or missing and there may be cosmetic imperfections and slight signs of use.
Incredible Attention to Detail
Top drawer components The machine heads on the VE300SB are a great indicator as to the quality that Vintage pour into each of their guitars. Spaciously arranged on the headstock, 3 per side, they respond with precision to the smallest of increments whilst tuning and hold their tuning extremely well. The die-cast tuning pegs also hold their tuning to a fantastic degree, which inevitably means less time spent frustratingly retuning the guitar itself. It's clear a staggering level of care and attention to detail has gone into the design and build of this guitar. To see such quality on a guitar in this price bracket is almost unheard of.
Solid Quality Throughout
FISHMAN PRESYS II PREAMP and sonicore pickup The plus point’s just keep rolling in with the Vintage VE300. A welcome inclusion on this guitar is the Fishman 'Presys II' preamp, which sits nicely and unobtrusively on the arch of the VE300, and an excellent 'Sonicore' pickup from acoustic pickup experts Fishman. Using this gives the player opportunity to adjust volume, tone shaping and phase controls, aswell as a tuner facility and a handy ‘low battery’ indicator. The latter addition may seem small, but is an invaluable inclusion to alleviate the worry of whether you’ll lose power mid-set!
An Exemplary Gloss Finish Across the Guitar
Stunning quality throughout The body shape of the Vintage VE300 features a thinner waist and a narrower body than traditional dreadnought acoustics, making it a superb choice for younger guitarists, those starting out in their music career, or simply those with a smaller reach around the guitars body. An exemplary gloss finish covers the body, neck and headstock, which really lets the guitars natural voice sing. A tortoiseshell-style scratchplate was added which gives a beautiful, whilst traditional look, and also protects the gloss finish from scratches incurred from strumming.
