Thermaltake has kicked open-frame chassis up to a notch and presented the Core P3 Tempered Glass Curved Edition ATX Open Frame Chassis. Open framed PC cases are all about style, about showing off your hardware and taking pride in your system. The Core P3 Curved chassis is the next step in open frame tempered glass case design, with a 90° curved panel; giving you awesome views of your hardware and more options to make your custom system a reality. The chassis is designed with dual GPU and PSU layout options and 3-way stand placements (wall mount, horizontal, and vertical placements), plenty of liquid cooling options and near unlimited flexibility when it comes to building the most advanced customized PC.
Tt LCS Certified
Tt LCS Certified is a Thermaltake exclusive certification applied to only products that pass the design and hardcore enthusiasts standards that a true LCS chassis should be held to. The Tt LCS certification was created so that we at Thermaltake can designate to all power users which chassis have been tested to be best compatible with extreme liquid cooling configurations to ensure you get the best performance from the best features and fitment.
Built for Makers
By practicing and incorporating the idea of “maker movement” as well as 3D printing, Thermaltake designs the open frame panoramic viewing chassis as anyone can access and do his/her own mods as well as print out his/her own ideas using available liquid cooling components and manuals without boundaries.
Versatile GPU & PSU Orientation
Show off your graphic card and power supply with our specially designed bracket. The Core P3 TG Curved comes with a Thermaltake Gaming PCI-E 3.0 X16 riser cable for you to choose the way you want to build the system. The Core P3 TG Curved also has the support for a vertical PSU layout when using an ITX motherboard.
3-Way Placement Layout
The Core P3 TG Curved is designed for use in three different ways: wall-mount, vertical, and horizontal placement. Built for customization that reflects the makers’ personality, it allows for adjustments to the chassis for the best viewing presentation while ensuring outstanding cooling performance.
Users can hang it on the wall as decoration, take it to wherever they want and display the nice builds vertically or horizontally.
Core P3 TG Curved Wall-Mounting Support
The optional extra wall-mounting bracket is not included but available directly from Thermaltake. Click the links on the right for more information about installation and compatibility.
5mm Thick 90° Tempered Glass Window
The Core P3 TG Curved is designed to be a talking point. This utterly unique case features a 90° curved tempered glass panel, which is designed to be durable and crystal-clear. The curve not only accentuates the natural lines of the chassis, but can also be flipped to cover the top of the hardware if you want more coverage for your internals.
Supreme Hardware Support
The Core P3 TG Curved offers the most flexible mounting option with the special designed mounting array which not only supports up to four 120mm or 140mm fans or radiators, it also supports the mounting of 3.5” and 2.5” storage devices. Further, two 3.5”/2.5” drive trays are included and hidden in the back panel that also offers 45mm of cable management space.
Native AIO Support
The Core P3 TG Curved natively supports out entire range of all-in-one coolers, as well as a huge range of our custom liquid cooling hardware.

There's more choice than ever before, but which computer case is right for you and which features should you look out for?
Date Issued: 20th Oct 2008
The modern PC is potentially a mass of heat output and heat production hot spots. With CPUs rated at more than 100W of heat output, single graphics boards carrying similar ratings (and people want to run two!), multiple hard drives the norm, lots of memory and mainboards covered in heatpipes to combat toasty core logic and PWM circuits, a PC appreciably warming up a room when it’s working hard is no joke.
Date Issued: 19th Jun 2008
Watercooling for the PC has been around for years in some form or another, for at least as long as Scan have been in business, with basic physics defining why you want to use it. That means for air cooling, to cope with increasing temperature in the heatsink you need to move the air across it faster. That is why thermostatically controlled fans in your PC will turn faster the hotter something gets.
