We recommend that you retain your retail packaging within the first 28 days of purchase.
Subject to 1 year manufacturer's warranty, direct with Storage Options or Scan will send the suspected faulty device on your behalf.
Your product will be repaired on a return to base basis, within the warranty period, or swapped with a replacement product like for like where repairs are not possible. Depending on the condition of the received product the repair or replacement procedure is completely at the discretion of Storage Options.
