Product Overview Designed for use with Mini-DTX and Mini-ITX motherboards, the SG06, like the SG05 is the smallest Sugo yet. Compared with Micro-ATX iterations at around 23 liters in volume, the SG06 at 11.1 liters is less than half the size! In keeping with the spirit of its Sugo name, the case is capable of swallowing many standard components while keeping everything cooled. The SG06 is equipped with a low speed 120mm fan that utilizes golf blades for exceptional quietness to airflow. As in the SG05, the fan is mounted in the front drawing air into the case to create positive air pressure cooling. Other notable features that are shared with the SG05 include the ability to accept 10 inch long graphics card, room for thicker 2.5 inch hard drives such as Western Digital’s VelociRaptor™, full-height for retail boxed CPU coolers, and an 80 PLUS certified SFX 300W power supply tuned by SilverStone for improved quietness and performance (300W continuous rated at 50°C). For building a fast PC in the smallest possible form factor and with great styling, there is nothing better than the SG06.
Features • Ample space for CPU cooling (82mm in height)
• Elevated standoff for motherboard back side components
• 120mm fan with golf blades for superior quietness and performance

• Mini-DTX / Mini-ITX motherboard compatible

The modern PC is potentially a mass of heat output and heat production hot spots. With CPUs rated at more than 100W of heat output, single graphics boards carrying similar ratings (and people want to run two!), multiple hard drives the norm, lots of memory and mainboards covered in heatpipes to combat toasty core logic and PWM circuits, a PC appreciably warming up a room when it’s working hard is no joke.

Silverstone Sugo SG06S USB 3.0, SFF mini-ITX, Silver with 300W SFX PSU, 80 Plus is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost as good as its photo My setup: MSI H87I + i5 4670K Haswell. Didn't bother with an optical drive and saved a few quid getting a big hard drive instead of an SSD (but the thing still flies). Was originally going for the Lite version and a separate PSU but the bundled 300W one has proven good enough and it is, along with the case fan, very quiet. Building is quick & easy, no sharp edges, wire management not too difficult but mobo screws on the edge are almost directly under the top rail so ideally you want a very long or very short screwdriver or one that doesn't have a fat handle (but not a big issue). Mine came without screws or feet which I'm guessing was a one-time oversight but it would have be annoying if I didn't have plenty of spare stuff. I mainly knocked off a point because this case lacks polish: the one-piece pressed metal cover is kinda bendy and the front is quite coarsely brushed which is noticeable next to my quality brushed silver HiFi.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Case and PSU I have been looking to upgrade to a Haswell chip for some time and eventually settled on an ITX system because i wanted to save space. My setup is i5 4670, Gigabyte GA-Z87N-WIFI motherboard, 16GB Corsair CAS 9-9-9-24, XMP memory, Samsung SSD 640 pro, and a Toshiba TS-T633 Slot Loading x8 optical drive. I toyed with adding a graphics card, water cooling and modular PSU, but eventually decided to stick with on-board graphics, the intel stock cooler and the supplied PSU. I am very happy with the setup which is compact, very fast and pretty quiet. I am particularly impressed with the ease of shut down and restart and while I used to leave my old system running 24/7, I now shut it down when I am finished (using the power button) because start up so rapid. I have added a 2TB external USB 3 hard drive which is quiet, has extremely fast transfer rates and provides secure back up with bags of capacity. Note that you will to buy a longish cable for the slim optical drive (available from scan). You do not get one with the case, the motherboard or the drive.
