Enabled me to use this case for a living room gaming pc for my brother. very compact but able to use full size graphics cards.
One thing I would warn against would be the optical bay, you need to use a Slot Loading optical drive, as there is no drive slot on the outside of the case for try to extend.

Wow, what can I say? I'm very impressed with this case.
Silversone SFX-L 500w PSU
Mini-ITX Asus P8Z77-I Deluxe
Intel 3770k @ 4.5Ghz 1.18V 75C MAX gaming temp
8GB 1600mhz Low Profiel RAM
Hydro H50 Water Cooler CPU Block and RAD
3TB standard size HDD
x2 SDD's in RAID 0
Slot Loading Bluray
For the form factor (about the same size as the small desktop Dells or HP's many people get in school or work) I can't believe I can get a water cooling closed loop in there. For it to fit you can't use the stock fan which comes with the cooler. Ether use one of the included (with case) 120mm fans or upgrade to the Gelid LP 120mm (Better than stock). Once mounted the correct way round it all fits in nicely and keeps an OC'd 3770k cool. I'm sure new generation CPU's will run even cooler.
Due to the nature of the PCI expansion it keeps the heat from the GPU and CPU separate and I have zero temperature issues. While being able to install a full sized GPU and have x2 120mm flans blowing extra air onto it.
I would have no hesitation recommending this to others and its great to be able to shift my gaming PC from room to room with a minimum of hassle.

Rated 4 out of 5 by jarlaxle The best Mini-ITX gaming case available on the market.
The main appeal of this case, aside from it's slick looks, solid design, and good price, is the ability to fit a full size two slot PCI-E graphics card via a riser card provided, which very few other mini_ITX solutions do. This effectively offers you a decent budget gaming solution in a slim mini-ITX case that doesn't compromise provided you purchase a compatible PSU adequate enough to power your system. The people at Silverstone have obviously put a lot of thought into the design of the case not just aesthetically but for functionality everything works. The only minor criticism i have is that the fan vent of my particular Be Quiet PSU did not line up with the vent on the case, and since this sits flush against the case the only way to prevent it from being partially blocked was to offset the PSU using motherboard risers. Not a perfect solution but did the job. I'm not sure if this is the same problem with Silverstone's own designs, but STX PSUs don't seem to be standardised yet. Aside from this small issue, thumbs up for Silverstone for a fantastic product.
