Q-SATA Connectivity Solution: Q-SATA, or Quad-SATA is a connectivity Solution that utilizes SFF-8088 connectors to deliver true SATA 6Gb/s RAID Storage performance at an affordable price point. “Q” refers to the performance capability of the connection, which quadruples the SATA transfer bandwidth up to 2,400MB/s, and fully optimizes RAID performance for up to 4 SATA 6Gb/s SSD or hard drives. Q-SATA features a robust locking mechanism to ensure stable and reliable storage connectivity.

The four removable hot-swap bays support any 2.5” or 3.5” SATA Hard Drive, and up to 32TB of total storage capacity. Enterprise /NAS class drives are recommended for the RocketStor 6414VS; customers can tailor storage configurations to meet each application’s capacity and budget requirements.

The RocketStor 6414VS includes a user-friendly web-based management interface available for Windows, and Mac OSX operating systems. Advanced Management Features allow customers to configure Email notification to inform one or more users of changing storage conditions while outside of the work environment, and manage storage remotely via a local network connection.
