Extreme all-weather cameraThe Ricoh WG-6 is a 20-effective megapixel, compact, rugged camera capable of high-resolution, low noise images with a wide dynamic range. Continuing on the tradition of the WG series the WG-6 is waterproof to 20m, shockproof, freezeproof to -10°C and crushproof aluminium panel to follow on from the worlds first water resistant compact camera in 1991. Featuring high-precision GPS, a powerful LED ring light and new Movie SR+ to provide a durable all round camera.

Uncompromising Outdoor DesignWith a sturdy chassis geared to use with gloves, boasting a grip that fits the hand and a new mode dial, and with a host of features that emphasize thoroughgoing water, shot, dust and crushproofing, the design of the WG-6 cuts no corners when it comes to outdoor use. Combined with Outdoor View, monitor brightness settings that can easily be adjusted for outdoor lighting, these features ensure that the camera can be used without discomfort in all weathers. The camera also features high-precision GPS that can log your route or record location data with photographs for later viewing in a map application or on a computer, further enhancing the post-photography experience.
20MP and 4K Video
20 effective megapixels for sharp ImageA high-resolution, high-sensitivity, back-illuminated CMOS image sensor and high-performance image-processing engine combine for low-noise, high-quality images. The lens, which features 5x optical zoom and a focal length of about 28mm (equivalent in 35mm format) when zoomed all the way out, is suitable for a wide variety of subjects. The camera also supports 4K for movies with four times the resolution of Full HD.
Built-in LED Ring Light
Get up to ten times more Light*The brightness of the six LEDs around the lens can be adjusted to light the entire subject, or some can be turned off to add depth to close-ups taken in macro mode.

Improved Operability
Leave Your Gloves onThe shooting mode can now be selected with the mode dial, while the spacious layout of buttons on the back of the camera and the vertically-oriented zoom button make the camera easier to use.
Webcam Functionality
Connect via USBThe camera can be used as a webcam by connecting it to a computer. You can share clear live streaming images of small subjects by using together the Ring Light and the macro shooting function which enables images to be take as close as up to 1cm from the subject.
