THE DIGITAL MIXTAPE FOR DJSThe Reloop TAPE 2 is an audio recording device for DJs with integrated lithium-ion battery and a retro, cassette tape look that allows you to record your mix in WAV or MP3 format directly to a microSD card. The built-in A/D converters deliver high-grade, 24-bit sound recording to either lossless WAV or MP3 (320 kbps) formats. TAPE2 is incredibly portable due to the internal lithium-ion battery, giving you up to 6 hours of recording time on a full charge. Charging is made easy using a standard USB power supply.
The TAPE 2 has a new lock function which locks and unlocks each control elements, stopping you from accidentally pressing stop in the middle of a recording session. The bi-coloured LED display shows multiple settings including Power/Rec, SD Card full, Signal/Peak and the current state of the TAPE 2 allowing it to be used in dark settings.

Versatile Connectivity Options
Connections Made EasyLine-level or mic sources, like CD players, DJ mixers or dynamic mics can be connected directly to TAPE 2 using the 3.5 mm jack input.
When utilising the THRU output, the audio signal can either be monitored with headphones or it can be looped through to your main speakers. This is best used for single output audio sources that do not have a dedicated record out (REC).<
Media Interface With A Customisable Look
Assisting Your CreativityAlong with being an audio recording device, the TAPE 2 can also be connected to a computer and be used as card reader for microSD cards.
To keep track of the recorded material, all recordings on TAPE 2 can be tagged with a timestamp with assistance from the sync tool. Stickers are also included so you can customize the look of your TAPE 2.
