Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best value for money It doesn't recline, you can't take the arm rests off, but you can adjust the height. It can't be compared to one of those gaming chairs, but for the money you won't find a better chair. I've changed a couple of £100 office chairs in the last year and I was going crazy from all the lower back pain and I decided I was going to give this chair a go before spending serious money on a chair and I'm glad I did. My god this has been so good to my spine and feels so nice to sit in it. Cushions are quite thick and they're medium soft or medium hard. The seat fits your spine nicely but if you want to rest your head then you'll need to invest in a head rest of some sort. I bought two of these and I can't recommend it enough.

Hello, Unfortunately these measurements are not given by the manufacturer however the armrests are stated to be adjustable and removable. Regards,
