Cheap but not CheerfulI bought this chair to accompy me for my many hours of gaming as to which it completed around 6 months before breaking.
As mentioned in other reviews, the arm rests are terrible. Wobbly, too wide and too short - terrible all around.
This chair is not particularly comfy either, since purchasing the chair I've since added to extra pillows and a throwover (to avoid sticky skin) and that made the chair managable.
Now I use a dual screen setup like a reverse pyramid (big screen on top) so I like to recline a lot to get a good view of screen two. I was reclined watching Archer when I suddenly hear a click and one side now does extra deep reclining. Not long before a second click and boom broke.
From a quick anaysis, the weld has broken on the frame so have of the chair is no longer connected :(

For the money, go for it.I took delivery of the chair this morning, in a very tatty looking box. I was expecting something to be either damaged or missing, but everything turned out to be fine. The parts were well protected with loads of foam. Anyway...
+ Included tools
+ Lumbar support
+ Build quality
+ Adjustable back
+ Almost silent wheels
- Neck cushion
- Height lever placement
The chair is great for the money. The materials used, at this price point, are relatively perfect. There is that very distinct faux leather smell out of the box. though. Really does engulf the room. Putting it together was OK, the armrests were the biggest pain to attach to the base - my girlfriend had to hold them in place whilst I bolted them on. Some of the nuts were a complete struggle to get a bolt in also.
As I said prior, I've only been using this chair for less than a day so here are my initial thoughts. The adjustable back is awesome, as is the bucket seat style lever. I think it's definitely worth mentioning that it feels like it can go further than 180 degrees to the base, so keep that in mind before you throw yourself backward like I did.
One of the first things I want to mention is that the armrests do not swivel, and they somewhat slope outwards which forces your forearms in an almost uncomfortable resting position. They're also quite wobbly and seem too far away from my natural resting position from my shoulders.
The adjustable height isn't great, neither is the placement of the lever. The lever is really far back and is very awkward when reaching for it. I'm only 5'9 and feel there needs to be a good few more inches off the ground at maximum height which in turn affects the armrest height against my desk (78cm high).
The included cushions are very nice. I did remove the head support as I felt it was jutting my head forward. The lumbar cushion is entirely adjustable up and down the back of the chair and is very firm, I can't see it getting squishy any time soon.
There are zips all of the chair (including the cushions) so cleaning will probably be a breeze.
All in all, negatives aside, it was a good buy in terms of comfort and back support.

Very good productThis chair is great. I'm still messing with it but I can say for certain I would buy another if it was possible for me to sit in two chairs at once!
I like the white accents and the functionality is good. I like how the armrests are very height adjustable as I like to put my chair flush when i'm not using it.
The only cons I have are that the armrests are a big too far apart for my personal liking despite them being on the closest setting.

Good, but lowI bought this chair about a month ago now, it arrived with one arm but Scan sent me the other one when I contacted them.
This chair doesn't go very high, at all, I'm not sure if that's a fault in my model or not but it's annoying

Great price, Reasonably good quality and comfortI was slightly dubious of this at first as it is so much cheaper than other chairs on the market, however I have been very pleasantly surprised. it was nice and simple to put together, all seems very sturdy. The comfort is great for the price, I thought I may require a bigger char when ordering as I weigh quite a lot but it's been great so far. Has only become uncomfortable after very long sessions (6 hours plus) Personally I quite like the extra cushions that come with it but it is also very comfortable without, so I imagine the cheaper version without them would be a viable option for others too.
