Rated 1 out of 5 by from An obsolete product that doesn’t work with current os I bought this recently because a it was in stock and b had the reassurance of the MS brand. The product is probably 7 years and as such the available software from MS only goes to Win7. Have tried on several of our household pcs and laptops without any luck in getting this this to work. Have contacted Scan and am awaiting a return ref.
