DJI Inspire 2 X7 Premium Bundle: Perfection Captured Above
ImprovementsRevelations breed progress, as the Inspire 1 has now lead to the Inspire 2. With integrated HD video transmission systems, a full rotating 360 degree gimbal and a 4K camera, all combined with DJI's advancements in creating an easy-to-fly environment in their smaller drones. Now, with access to the higher quality, far improved X5, X5S and X7 cameras, the Inspire 2 is here to help capture shots that just weren't possible in the past.
CineCore and CineSSD
Beating Heart CineCore, the heart beat of the image processing onboard the Inspire 2 has now been given an update to 2.1, which allows you to record stunning 6K footage (CinemaDNG/RAW) and 5.2K in Apple ProRes when combined with the X7 camera or up to 5.2K 30fps on the X5S.
Expand the Horizon To expand the capabilities of the Inspire 2, the DJI CINESSD allows you to record at a solid 4.7Gbps, allowing you to master the demanding needs that filmmaking requires. The DJI Focus connects to the Zenmuse camera you have connected to the drone and will allow you to manually adjust the focus mid-air.
Speed of the Drone
Speedy, Nimble Whatever shot you need to capture, the Inspire 2 will be right there. With a maximum speed of 58mph, an ascent speed of 6m/s and descent speed of 9m/s, this allows the drone to be far more nimble than its other cinematography counterparts on the market, giving you exquisite flexibility to keep up with almost anything you want.
27 Minutes DJI have fitted the Inspire 2 with a dual battery, that self regulates the heat it outputs to prevent any issues when flying in colder weather. The battery allows you to fly for a maximum of 27 minutes when fitted with the right camera, allowing you enough time to get right into position and capture the moment.
Get the Most out of your Inspire 2 To film in ProRes and CinemaDNG, you'll need access to the license sold by DJI or included in the other Premium and Professional bundles on Scan. To get the highest quality picture through these formats, we recommend the following:
CineSSD DJI's Inspire 2 is a masterclass in cinema focused drones, with the capabilities to film in CinemaDNG and Apple ProRes once the right hardware and licenses have been applied. This gives you greater control over the end product that you need to deliver and your first step is equipping the Inspire 2 with an SSD. This CineSSD comes in at 120GB, 240GB and 480GB which can be then paired up with another on the drone or used with the two variations of CineSSD Stations, which includes one in Thunderbolt 3, giving you extremely quick transfer times to ingest into your workflow.
Intelligent Battery and Charging Hub Don't get grounded, always be ready and ensure your crew are always ready to go. The TB50 Intelligent Battery from DJI also fits the Ronin 2, making it incredibly flexible on a modern set. With the Charging Hub, you can power up to four batteries at once, which will prioritise based on power levels.
Zenmuse X7 Camera The crooks of getting your Inspire 2 to film in CinemaDNG and Apple ProRes and included in this bundle, giving you the pure, best video available on a drone based camera. Engineered for excellence, the X7 is a compact, Super 35 camera that has its own integrated gimbal, shooting at 5.2K (Apple ProRes) or an astonishing 6K (CinemaDNG) with impeccable detail and 14 stops of dynamic range, encapsualted within a 24MP CMOS sensor. The bundle includes the lens set, so you can achieve the look you want.
CineSSD Station The DJI CineSSD Station is your hub to get your fantastic looking content that you've created on the DJI Inspire 2 into your workflow. With the power of the CineSSD connected to your drone, with the addition of a license, you can start working on CinemaDNG or Apple ProRes video even quicker. There is also an alternate version that comes with Thunderbolt 3 compatibility. Thunderbolt 3 allows you to transfer files at 40Gbps a second, meaning your full fat, 6K footage will be into your workflow in no time.
Joint Effort Joining the Inspire 2 from the other DJI models is their intelligent flight modes, including TapFly and ActiveTrack. With the touch of screen you can send the Inspire 2 to a location or have it follow a subject with various tracking profiles. You don't even need to worry about the drone losing its signal to you, as it'll retrace its 'steps' with Smart Return Home, which utilises the front facing camera to see as far as 200m in front, avoiding obstacles on the way back.
No Worries DJI's technology has also improved in its FlightAutonomy, which has been specifically overhauled for the Inspire 2 to ensure safety when up in the air, with two directions of obstacle avoidance and sensor redundancy. Spotlight Pro has also been developed to allow single pilots to create far more complex shots that would usually require a second person.

An unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), better known as a drone, is a type of aircraft that is controlled remotely and is therefore flown without a human in the cockpit. Drones come in all shapes and sizes, from military UAVs primed for reconnaissance and missile deployment through to civilian drones for applications as varied as aerial photography, product deliveries, and keeping tabs on agriculture and livestock.
