The USB Type-C™ notebook DockingStation is designed for extra connectivity demands of a notebook or computer. With the IB-DK4033-CPD, you can extend the USB Type-C™ connection of a computer to one more HDMI® or VGA display, Ethernet network, USB peripherals, and USB Power Delivery (PD) function via the USB Type-C™ interface.
A bit of everything
With a USB Type-C™ host, the door is opened for four additional ports, 1x Gigabit Ethernet, 1x VGA, 1x HDMI® and 1x USB 3.0 Type-A will become available. But only one of the video ports can be used at a time.
Good input
USB Type-C™ is the new standard for PCs, notebooks, tablets and the like. The high data transfer rate of the USB 3.0 protocol of up to 5 Gbit/s serves this adapter very well and allows the VGA and HDMI® ports to reach resolutions of up to 1920x1200 and 3840x2160 respectively.
Work and charge
Your Notebook can be both connected to the adapter and charge its battery at the same time if you connect the Type-C™ power adapter. This allows for long working sessions without any risk of power shortage. When there is no need to charge anything, the Type-C™ port is an extra port for data transfer.
