• Extensive water cooling support for a case of this size; housing radiators up to 420mm in the top and 360mm in the front.
• Equipped with new tool-less ModuVent™ fan slot covers allowing the user to install more fans if desired or keep fan slots covered to maximize sound absorption.
• Including two Fractal Design Dynamic GP14 140mm fans developed for superlative airflow while still maintaining low noise levels.
• Maintaining a dust-free interior with the help of dust filters that cover front and bottom air intakes that are easy to access from the front on the case.
• Newly configured front door with dual side mounting to better fit your work space.
• Three-speed fan controller is strategically integrated in the front panel and supports up to 3 fans.

Fractal Design Define R5 Titanium Mid Tower ATX/mATX/mini-ITX Computer Chassis with USB 3.0 + Ultra Silent Design is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice case, roomy and lots of space for cable management My previous case was an antec 900 which worked well for many years. The Fractal R5 is quite a bit bigger as a whole as well as inside even though they are both mid towers. Cable management is fantastic in the R5 while it was dire in the antec 900 in comparison, this is in part the reason the case is bigger overall. Normally my builds look quite rubbish but this one just worked like a charm. (See attached photos) The antec 900 seemed to be the more silent case even though the R5 says ultra silent design. It is not loud but it makes a noise. This could be due to the cooling requirements of my OC 6800k / GTX 1080 and might not be a problem for others. Lots of options in the R5 for water cooling. Lots of space for hard disks if you need it, and 2 slots round the back for SSD's make it perfect for minimal clutter inside the case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely case to work with, very quiet in operation This is a very well designed case that makes it easy to build a quiet PC. Cable routing options are excellent, and it was a pleasure to work with.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very quiet case I love this case. I got 3 HDD's in there (1 SSD, 1 HDD and 1 SSHD) with a noisy graphics card (Nvidia 760 4GB OC'ed) and I can say, it does quiet it down. I also love the fact that you can change the front door, so that it swings open in the opposite direction. Very modular case as well (inside). There is space to add a lot of HDD's, but I removed the bays and kept 4. I wanted to have great airflow. Also very easy to clean from dust. The dust filters cover more and is easy to remove and clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quiet case with plenty of space internally and good build quality. I bought this case as a treat to myself with some Christmas money - I don't usually spend so much on a box to install electronic components in! However I have wanted one of these "silent" cases for a while and felt why not. The case is very well built and engineered - the side walls are heavy and the fitting and removal of components such as the fan filters, HDD cages etc was smooth and trouble free. Externally it's quite plain ie. nice, sleek, smooth but unassuming - how I like my cases. If you prefer your chunky gamer cases then you need to look elsewhere. Internally the space to play in is large and there is ample room for the PSUs cables behind the motherboard with plenty of cable tie mounting points. My only criticism would be the space for only two 5 1/4" drives. But you could argue against the need for optical drives in this day and age. Cooling wise I'm only using the two stock fans supplied with the case and cooling seems pretty good so far, I'm running an i5 2500K @ 4GHz and a 6950 unlocked and CPU temps range between 25c to 35/40c depending on the workload. The graphics card temps are the same as in my last case (cooler master elite 430 with a shedload of fans). Overall I like the case and it is indeed silent, much more so than my previous one. I'm now on the market for some quality silent fans to replace the stock ones now but which have the hard to find qualities of good airflow, low noise and no bloody LEDs. Man I hate LEDs on my fans. I recommend this case based mostly on the build quality, internal space, silent running and not being too bothered by spending around ~£85 on a case to house electronic components.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Case would recommend Was considering an antec case but a friend had a fractal case and said to check them out online. Glad I did.
